Insurance-approved roof replacements across Auburn, Hoover, and Atlanta — claims filed, adjusters met, and roofs replaced without you chasing the paperwork.
An insurance claim is really two separate jobs: proving the damage happened, and then actually getting the roof fixed. Most of the frustration homeowners run into is the first part — a claim that gets lowballed or denied because nobody documented the damage the way the carrier needed it documented. That's where we start. Before anything gets filed, we inspect the roof ourselves and photograph every point of damage: hail hits by the count, torn or lifted shingles by the slope, exposed nail heads, compromised flashing. When the adjuster comes out, we're on the roof with them, pointing out what a rushed walkthrough misses — because adjusters cover a lot of roofs in a day, and a five-minute look from the ground undercounts damage almost every time. Once the claim is approved, replacement moves the same way any of our roof jobs does: full tear-off, proper underlayment and flashing, and materials that match or upgrade what you had. You're responsible for your deductible — that's it. We don't add supplements you didn't agree to, and we don't disappear between the adjuster's visit and the day the crew shows up. If you're not sure whether your roof actually has storm damage or you're worried a claim will get denied, the inspection is free and there's no obligation to file anything based on what we find.
